They need to let Mero handle the interviews more, he's far more personable of the two, Desus is clearly anti-social when it comes to interviewing people who aren't from the BX.

Desus is better at the off the top shyt when they're reading stories, and much better thinking of wild shyt on the podcast. But if this continues you can see a network scooping Mero up and giving him his own show at some point, while Desus seems like he could end up getting left behind.

Desus is low-key incredibly intelligent. Dude says some mind blowing reference.

The thing that originally drew me to them back in the Complex days was that both of their came off as pretty intelligent, while also being street smart. Desus' humor is much more highbrow, but Mero much more personable between the two. Like I've said in the past, before the Viceland show, Mero just seemed like Desus' sidekick, but now he seems like the most important part of the duo.

I definitely disagree. I like Desus a little more to be honest. Dude is makes the sort of comments that smart black comedians do. He's like on a Chappell, Hannibal Burress, Chris Rock level. Just high level thinkers with a comedic and well-read twist

I need to clarify. Desus' humor is my type of humor. Smart, highbrow humor. If I had to choose between the two, I'd go with Desus. I just think that Mero has evolved to the point where he contributes a nearly equal amount to the duo. I used to just look at him as a throw in. He's found his Lane and is flourishing in it.

i don't think it's low key at all and i'd guess he's more intelligent.

but you can just tell he isn't as mature as mero is what i think people are really getting at/noticing :yeshrug:

you can tell all this shyt is natural to them, its literally like your nikkas lighting a blunt and talking wild messy for 2 hours

When they had Angela Rye on she was saying how doing a podcast is hard because of all the preparation and Mero was like really :jbhmm:
"We just get high and put a microphone on" :russ:
