They speak a lot of good English where you at?
The small village I live in I would say most speak passable English. I ran into a cashier at the supermarket and we couldn't communicate at all but other than that no major obstacles. Pretty sure it's due to the presence of the Army base. My surgeons and my general practitioner all speak very good English. I'm starting to learn German so I can understand some things when they have trouble finding the right word in English.

My fall was pretty much like this except my foot was flat and planted once it hit dry ground. Had it been all ice I would've just ended up doing a split and been ok.

I'm walking pretty much without crutches now so recovery is going good breh. Thanks.

Finally back to work tomorrow. After 4 months I feel good enough to get back on the job. I work on helicopters so I have to do a lot of kneeling to get underneath it and also to get in the cockpit. I can't bend my leg enough to get in the cockpit yet but my supervisor is gonna be cool with me about that. 4 months without a regular paycheck sucked, disability was enough to keep me going so I'm not complaining. This is the 1st time in forever that I've been excited to go to work. Still have a lot of physical therapy to do.

Slowly regaining strength. I can balance myself on the bad leg a lot longer now. Frustrating part is the flexion seems to have stalled big time. I can bend my knee to about 105 degrees but it's been that way for at least a month, if not longer. My PT said the same thing when I thought it up to her. She said it's natural for the progression to slow down but if I haven't made a significant improvement by the end of the month to talk to the surgeon again.
