Hinrich was getting more sets ran for him than Rose in the 4th

I'll wait till the season starts good before I speak on anybody games. Rose looked awesome last preseason then the games he played we know what happened so no evaluation stuff one way or another until some games been played.

I gotcha but anyone who watched last season and this one can clearly see he has a extra bounce to himself this year and looks more refreshed and healthier. Last year although he had his moments it was clear throughout he had some rust and timing issues, this time outside of little kinks he actually looks like he back to himself.

Bulls been looking suspect all pre season it took furious comebacks at home vs the hawks and nuggets to win and beating the bucks

Defense isnt on point.I think they'll gel around december might start slow especially if rose still throwing up those dumb ass 14 foot runner bank shots

As for the game, not taking much from it, they played most the game like they was ready to go home. They turnt up a bit in the 3rd and killed minny. Then was pretty much coasting and lost the lead.

The intensity wasn't there most the game.

I think our answer is starting kirk next to rose. I'm already seeing teams about to trap early and get the ball outta rose hands. Kirk running point with rose can eliminate that strategy. Dunleavy is just not a starter and dougie too young and needs to develop slowly. Kirk is enough of a shooter to command defenses to respect him so the spacing won't be too bad especially with pau playing off too. Rose Kirk Jimmy pau and Noah might be the best starting group cause we know these dudes ain't making no moves and brooks can run that 2nd unit

Mirotic will be the odd man out of the rotation unless injuries force him to get tick that euro cac aint ready to play in the nba right now.Thibs stubborn ass probably won't fully utilize this roster unless injuries force him too.

I hope the bulls don't eventually quit on thibs like they did skiles.

It's a good idea.Kirk can play defense,handle the ball(so teams can't trap rose) and shoot sometimes and when pg's like rubio and barea are giving rose problems offensively with ease like tonight put kirk on them

As I have stated a hundred times. Dunleavy and this small forward by committee will be the death of us. He is not improving defensively and when his shot not falling he useless.

With kirk starting you have another ball handler who can guard most 2 guards and is respectable enough from 3 where teams just can't leave him. Dunleavy is a bench player and it allows dougie to develop slowly and not have much required of him as a rookie. Snell is d league level right now. So he odd man out.

All of this is of course based on the fact we know these dudes not making no trades to get another wing here.

With Dunleavy starting vs cleveland kyrie lebron and waiters will embarrass dunleavy so whoever he on getting buckets..with kirk starting that does not happen cause rose and kirk can handle kyrie and waiters defensively as they did easily when we faced them monday.
