Wolves would likely want Taj in return.

We have a better chance at one of Kmart, Thad, or Brewer.

Though I will say this, I can see Chicago making a balsy move this summer (or possibly at the deadline) which entails trading either Taj or Jo to get more wing depth. Minnesota would be the perfect trade partner as they desperately need defense and front-line depth. I would have to think REAL hard about a Taj/Dunleavy for Kmart/Shabazz/Turiaf swap. This makes us far more perimeter oriented but also opens up major minutes for Niko and allows Jimmy to slide to SF w/ Shabazz backing him up.

Not saying I'd immediately pull the trigger on this but I just can't see management being okay with Niko only getting 10mpg next season. BTW, I also don't think Niko can play SF.

There is no way on gods green earth I would trade taj for Shabazz muhammad.

And the wolves will eventually clean house. The most we would have to part with is maybe snell/dunleavy and a late pick to get k mart. Hell maybe not even dunleavy.

Likely something can be done closer to the deadline. BuT this is team #dontdoshyt and #wehaveenough I'm expecting maybe another vet min pick up but not a trade.

I wouldn't do Taj for Shabazz straight up but Taj/Dun for Kmart/Shabazz would be at least somewhat tempting. Also, I don't buy that the Wolves simply dump Kmart. He was playing near elite level offense before he got injured. They are going to want something significant in return for both him and Thad.

Don't sleep on Shabazz though. It's a small sample size but he has a 20+ PER on very good efficiency. He'd be putting up 18-20ppg easily as a starter on that team.

@ some point this.log jam at PF gonna hurt us ..while i know taj would b givennup alot of height Taj should just spend more time bein backup C ..it aint like there is a abundance of dominant 7 fts out there playin ..which would Be able to.dominate taj

With that bein said LMA killed him yesterday at PF

at least Niko will continue to develop as well once noah comes back in that scenario
