well, this what i just found out about the target destiny pop tart promo:

to get xp, you can buy any pop tarts, from anywhere...it doesnt have to be the boxes with destiny on them nor only at target...it's a national promo period....

preciate the info, but the pop tart promo ain't in my nation

i think Rockstar is, but a dime from my pocket would never go towards that filth

Probably not. There wasn't much of a story at all. Just fantastic gameplay.

I ran 6 characters on D1 across Xbox and PS4 and I think that's my limit. I got this pre-ordered for PS4 and will probably pick up the PC version when it comes. My clan on Xbox is dead.

I done put over a 1000 hours into a game and even don't know what it's about

i'm sitting here like "he can't be serious" then I realized, I don't really know either

something about "Becoming Legend" or some shyt

for me it wasn't about playing the game and unraveling the story, reading every grimoire card and all that shyt cuz I always said I don't really care about story in video games. in all my years of gaming, only a handful of video game stories have actually moved me so I was never that guy that took Destiny down a notch for not having a clear cut story.

I had plenty of issues with the game as is, and still put 1000+ hours in it too

That announced they basically redacted it. Besides some character backstories and other shyt buried so deep in grimoire cards that you have to religiously read grimoire cards and cross check it with Lore Youtubers, the story of Destiny 1 is irrelevant. They even said they don't even know what the darkness is in the original game since the OG writer left production and maybe they'll bring it back in a later installment.
