which further proves my point...people were complaining about shyt they hadnt even played...they were just looking at names of abilities, and saying it was gonna be weak, and yet, we see how that shyt changed when the game dropped....

the difference now is people are getting hands on with the arcstrider....and you are in the minority with it being called weak....

The skill tree wasn't even out and people didn't even get a glimpse of the second subclasses til around a week into the game

not true...ex: datto, the main person that was the go to for news about destiny, complained about blade dancer in the beta...other things he said about blade dancer during the beta after looking at the abilities more: thought it was gonna be weaker than gunslinger, thought it was gonna be a monster in pve, and not really that good in pvp lol...the proof of this is in his vids, which are still available to see...

also, not true...you could see the skill tree in the beta, it was just locked....but you could see names, what things did, etc. if you clicked on it....

Is there a point to even really playing the beta? I feel like the game, as far as how guns act, are about the same as D1. I don't really care about seeing the changes first hand the so I don't know what else, besides a time water, the beta offers?

I'm actually with you, had my fill with the beta, waiting on the full thing. Titanfall 2 4 player co-op gonna keep me occupied till it drops

This depends on if you paid for your preorder already or not. If you paid then on it don't matter but they made some significant changes breh

i dont have a go to for destiny news...i pick up info from here, the destiny boards, from cats i game with, etc.....but i would think datto is still one of the main go to sources for destiny news...he tends to get info about the game before others.....

there are plenty of reasons to play the beta:

- if you undecided about getting the game...
- to get used to how the game plays now....yea, the weapons act the same, but they have plenty of other shyt to get used to: the 3rd power, adjusting to it being 4v4, not being ability dependent, try out the new subclasses, taste of how strikes will be, etc...they changed a lot of shyt in the game....
- to help test the servers for bungie....
- to see the improvement of the graphics, sounds, etc of the game in comparison to destiny 1....
