Ehh. I'd say it's more about Arbalest being nearly mandatory in any endgame content with Match Game and barrier champions.

Even then, it's still going to break champion barriers in on shot, so it's not the end of the world. Really, the problem is that that Match Game, champions, and endgame PvE content as a whole really needs a serious retool. But if I remember correctly, the Guardian Games Training playlist is just a 1550 level nightfall with matchmaking and less restrictive modifiers, so maybe the change is on the way.

Arbalest doing so much allowed you to run more expanded loadouts like someone said before. After the nerf, Arby users will fall back to the same 2 maybe 3 weapons depending on the Artifact mods to do the actual damage. It will still be "mandatory", you'll just HAVE to pair it with certain things.

@TripleAgent of course but when it comes to fixing drop rates and bugs that affect gameplay they take 6 months...i mean the guardian games is already bugged lol...

They need to add special weapons as mods and intrinsic champ modes on other exotics ...

Agreed on both. Having more weapons with intrinsic anti champion perks would be great. Or, better yet, if we absolutely must stick with champions, it's time to move away from the seasonal artifact determining what weapons get champion mods. Switch it up so the player can choose, but maybe change the energy slot requirements each season. So that way, if you're really attached to something like unstoppable hand cannons, you can have it each season, but the cost goes up or down depending on the season. That way, there's at least a little wiggle room for choice.

Yeah, I think people are just seeing that the class didn't get a crazy DPS lift out of the changes, and called it a day. Still my main class solely off of it feeling more fun for me to play.

shyt sucks because the whole class centers around being invis - but while you're invis, you're not doing shyt. the melee is a decoy in pvp and debuff that actually fukks up other debuffs in pve. grape dive is useless everywhere too.

its a mess imo. void hunter got a more limited class with a higher dps super. synergy outside of the artifact doesn't even really exist like that either.... void 3.0 hunter is worse now than before imo.

all that invis kiting stuff was already around... and it was easier to keep up indefinitely along with team buffs to match as well
