Any time is a good time, but now definitely works. Got a new season coming out in a couple weeks. And the season is going to be longer since the new expansion isn't coming out until next year, so you'll have plenty of time to level up, play whatever content you're most interested in, and just get used to the weekly flow.

cheating is so common on pc that i don't think people even recognize aim bots and wallhacks anymore
