Okay now I'm reading that I dont even have to fight him. I should have been prompted to see tyra after I killed the servitor boss in the previous room.

it's easier to do with a full team since it's a strike, but you can do it solo....i did it solo for all my characters....
side note: you know you dont have to finish the strike to do this right?..the person you have to kill is a servitor that shows up once you get on the ship that leads to the boss fight at the end....you can kill him and dip....

Smh I wasted bout 2 hrs on that nikkayup. I did that one solo. Killed the servitor and went back to orbit.
On the brightside tho, looks like I'm pretty much clan ready
only ones you can play alone are the ones that are part of quests and you have to select/start the strike....the only 2 i know of so far are the one for the strum and the one for the raid shotty....the rest, naw, you cant play alone cause you cant select them...
random thoughts:
- starting to get back into the swing of things of doing shyt 3 times a week...this week i did all milestones on all 3 characters except call to arms on my warlock & titan....might knock those off tonight before reset....
- gotta do trials when it comes back cause i want that plat trophy...
- i'm starting to get the raid down like in d1....only thing i havent done is run the prism on the dogs part cause i've been lfging raid groups, and i just wanna get the shyt done.....when i run with cats i know, i'll learn it then, and once i do that, figure i'll try prestige soon after that....
- speaking of the raid, those weapons are nice as shyt....the exotic shotty, submachine gun, auto, and rocket launcher are easily some of the best in the game....havent run around with the pulse nor scout yet, will do and see what's up with those...
- i think i got all the exotics in the game except 2 boots for my hunter: the stomp ees and the something rigs.....i def want those rigs, those shyts look fun as hell to use on nightstalker....might do a farm public events night for exotic engrams to try to get them....

I did that too. Didn't notice the prompt and started fighting Thaviks. When I found out I was like

Mob Justice got a cool name and sounds dope but thats all the compliments I can give it (the raid smg)
pulse rifles need a buff badly atm so I can't really hate on the Inaugural Address but the the scout is dope, though I haven't tried it in pvp (but reviews say it wrecks)
just need the hand cannon, sniper, and auto to complete the weapons set. got no gear drops other than the mark for my titan

i'll be out all day tomorrow, after work its straight to a Tekken tournament (Mon & Tues are dedicated to Tekken fyi). Wednesday, if I'm finally over the flu, I'll squeeze in some Destiny.
