One way you can exploit it on a 305 character is to just keep rebuying the cheapest thing he's selling, crushing it to parts and you get some shards back on you're investment, then wait for banshee to have 300 drops and cash in all the parts you got from dismantling exotics.

If you don't need any drops from him then there's no use for em cept infusion

Buy the warlocks gauntlets if you don't already have them, they're hilariously op in the right circumstances. Your melee's hit like a rockets, use devour to get heath on kills, literal walking tank.

Once it gets to full speed it melts yellow mobs and puts damage on bosses for sure. Not the best auto rifle by a mile though.
