damn, today was my lucky day on this game I guess. first legendary drop for my newly made hunter was the Manannan (energy version of the Nameless Midnight) that @KushSkywalker was talking about. got 2 exotics from purple engrams, 2 new dances, an ornament (chrome Hard Light, looks dope), and a ship I never seen before from Tess (she never gives me anything)

yo I didn't know you could preview your exotic engram before decryption. it shows 7 possibilities that switch up every 2 mins. Gives you better odds of getting something you don't already have...

It's definitely easy.....once EVERYONE is on the same page. It's a pain the first few times, and after repeating the process over and over I'm fine with taking any shortcuts possible.
The whole raid is corny as hell with it starting over your progress if a single person makes a mistake. I'm never gonna stop giving bungie crap for making the raids a series of puzzles.
I already have the raid gear. At this point I'd rather just do the nightfall strikes until another raid comes out.

. That said you can still get through this within 1hr 30 tops, halve that time with a good group. Cheesing is using a game genie status imo but I understand your reasoning, shyt's tedious.

I don't really fukk with anything outside of nightfall and the crucible I still haven't completed the raid

Plus you can just hide in the psion bubbles from the mobs in that phase anyway.
