when we ran the leviathan raid, we all heard each other just fine.

but using the in game chat didn't work. PSN party chat has more ports open so that usually works if the in game doesn't.

You can buy those coins that up your chances of better drops and XP from Eververse. I did that and ran Public Events. Make sure every public event you run is turned to a heroic public event. Those things pump out exotics like candy. The crucible seems to reliably drop Exotic engrams too. Once you get in the 270s put the +5 mods in the gear you plan on keeping and keep infusing them. Your score should go up incrementally. The powerful drops and luminous engrams from milestones help too.

In case anyone cares...
I played last night using remote play on my macbook pro and didn't have any problems at all.
The experience was great and it works out if you ever have a situation where someone else wants to use the TV your console is hooked up to.
