This is 100% True. If you go to Italy and you see young italian men, they basically go after anything, black, white, American, African, foreign whatever. It's cultural, they basically check anything out, and flirt with every woman who's half decent. And if they aren't saying anything, they're eyeballing them.

Black Men, and Latin Men who do this and it's called "street harassment"...somehow, when they do it, it's called "romance." White men in France are basically the same except it's not as aggressive.

Funny thing about it....Italians and the French are the biggest cheaters in those countries....cheating on your wife or girlfriend is expected....mistresses are a must...and the wives/GFs just deal with it.
