Exactly. This is not about the lawyer having a moral conscience. This is about putting an "uppity" Negro in his place. Black men involved in ANY kind of sexual impropriety will automatically make headlines.

My guess is that he's hired every single woman that will come forward. They will all have texts proving that he got serviced by them but most of the evidence will be open to interpretation. If you believe he's guilty of SOMETHING....he's done. The words wouldn't stand up in criminal court but the appearance of a pattern might hold for civil.

White women like this don't want criminal trials because a rich black man (like OJ) will find the best lawyers and dig up every ounce of dirt on them, the cops etc. They know their story doesn't amount to rape and wouldn't even pass the sexual assault sniff test. It's more in the "I'm uncomfortable" category.

They prefer civil trials because the burden of proof is lower and the heat is almost equally on them AND Deshaun. If he is innocent-ish......breh needs to go scorched Earth 100%. Last time I went to a massage spa, you fill out a sheet beforehand and state specifically what areas you want worked on.

During the massage, if you try to add an area below the belt that you didn't list on the sheet, they will tell you they can't. And they get a semi-attitude assuming you're tryin something.
