Because the owners don’t have to abide by the CBA in the way that the players do. The players have no one to blame but themselves with how much power Goodell has over them. He levies the suspension and also makes final say so over the appeal.

Yeah. He did punished Jim Irsay though. I get his situation was an actual criminal offense, but what Kraft did was never in dispute only that he got saved by the video evidence being thrown out.

Kraft is Goodell's boss. That's why he didn't do anything. Just like how Goodell hasn't done anything about Synder with the Commanders.

Any one with common sense knew that Watson was going to the massage therapists to get happy endings. It was going to come out during the civil trails anyway. His argument is that everything was within consent between him and the girls and he didn't force them to do anything that they didn't want to. He made the mistake of doing deviant shyt with bottom of the barrel women while he is in a position of prestige and now he is in this situation. People in his position have to know that they cannot move like everyone else and this is a prime example of it.

I think that Rusty just putting his shyt out there now so that people not surprise when they hear it later on in court. Watson's rep is low right now and people already look at him funny so this admission is not going to change anything

In Irsay’s case, he got with a DUI and pills so they had no other choice but to punish him. I’m Kraft’s case, they got the video “illegally” which is how he was able to dodge a suspension.
