Derrick Williams is a very talented player. its just whether he's puttin in the work to be a great player or not. You cannot be that talented and look this bad if ur ass worked hard.

no not faulting them but it made no sense they had more than enough at pf Kanter made more sense really

They passed on Kanter because the team figured out that it had a complete duplicate of that same player in Pekovic (so had they taken him, he would have been our third string C). I wouldn't have tripped out over either, but neither were ideal.

The most ideal player was Valanciunas but they couldn't put fans through another wait like they did with Rubio. At least Jonas can block shots which would have given him a good chance to work up the depth chart.
