We can all make our jokes, but I really want to see Rose succeed at the same level he used to be at. I still remember watching him trying to carry his team against the bron cavs, one of my favorite players to watch.
I can see this is going to be a fukk nikkas' go to post leading all the way up to the season, so let me nip this dumb shyt in the bud right now. When Rose played in the preseason last year, he got to the line at 9.5 times per game. Now compare that to when the regular season started and he was only getting there 3.2 times per game - well below the LeBron's, the Russy's, and the Harden's and other all-stars whose games and rhythms are largely predicated on getting to the free throw line. And yes he was still attacking like the old Rose and he was getting flat out hacked. They just wasn't giving him calls for whatever reasons (most likely "basketball reasons" seeing how he sat out all of 2012-2013). nikka was averaging around the same amount of free throw attempts as Caron fukking Butler, and Jrue Holiday during the time he played.
It was disgusting to watch

So you're going to bring up how he was beasting in the preseason, but then turn a blind eye to how his free throw attempts damn near ended up being divided by 3? Take any of the players that I mentioned in my first post and cut their free throw attempts by more than half and see the numbers they'd put up.
