1. Maybe just maybe, Orlando doesn't believe in Bynum & his shaky knees.

2. Nope. Who even has the cap to sign him straight up anyway?

3. They can offer him more money than anyone else & an extra year other teams can't. They don't need assets to get him they need assets to keep him.
1. But you believe in a soft ass Center that cant rebound?...

2. many teams can clear space and sign him, what would be the point of free agency

3. Derron not worried about money, he wants to win,

yall said this exact same shyt about Chris Paul..this time Stern will not be walkin thru that door

at some point yall gotta realize, Kupchack is way ahead of us..he turns rags to riches with ease

if Derron wants to be a Laker next year, he'll be a Laker... period

Chris Paul was not a free agent. Deron Williams is. The Nets won't bend over just to acquiesce Deron Williams. LA can't give them anything that will put butts in seats, so why pay extra in players to have empty seats?

:manny: I would too, but this is the same franchise that just traded a possible top 5 pick (Top 3 Protected) for Gerald Wallace.

And that was done to surround Deron Williams with established talent, not out of sheer fukkery.

exactly lol at anyone believing this stupid azz franchise has any type of leverage...

:what:

if Brooklyn dont get a top 3 pick tonite they can kiss dreams of getting Dwight bye bye and Dwill soon aftr that

if Dwight was smart he'd be looking at OKC...they could sign and trade with Ibaka and Harden...that seems like a better deal than Brook Lopez

Laker fans are fukkin delusional... Jim Buss does not give a single fukk about winning basketball games, he cares about his bank account... why do you think they gave away Odom for essentially nothing? To acquire a trade exception they never plan on using? No, it was a cost cutting move... so then, why would ownership all of a sudden change their tune and decide to take on more salary (assuming they even could, no damn team is going to want Gasol's bloated contract)?

So your thinking is that NJ is going to take on a bad contract just to help Deron get to LA?

No where hoping some dumb ass like Mchale still wants Gasol and helps in a three way trade. Like he did in the CP3 Trade before Stern came in and crushed the buildings.
