Crap excuse. You can't even explain a player you're riding for characteristicsSome things do not need an explanation.

good qbs have answer and stay calm during blitz bc they kno where to go with the ball aka make the right readEvery qb is jittery against a effective blitz
Cardinals are very good at that with there 5 DB look
As a Raiders fan, I don't really have an issue with what @NYC Rebel said. Carr has looked shaky at times and a lot of Raiders' fans will tell you that. However, anyone acting like Carr can't get better I think people are seriously overlooking the fact that last season, Carr faced, according to pro-football-reference.com, 4 of the top 5 defenses and 8 of the top 10 defenses. He also faced the top 6 passing defenses and 8 out of the top 10 passing defenses as a ROOKIE with the worst rushing offense in the league and no true number 1 WR. Also, let me add, 3 of those top 10 passing defenses were in the AFC West meaning Carr faced each of those defenses twice last year and yall in here trying to figure out why Carr looked shaky at times .
:youmadbreh:LEADING THE CLASS
Derek Carr is in elite company as he ranks in the top 10 in multiple rookie passing categories. Here is a look at how Carr stacks up against 2014 rookie quarterbacks and rookie passers:
Completions
Carr: 348 | 2014 Rookie Rank: 1st | Rookie Rank: 2nd
Passing Yards
Carr: 3,270 | 2014 Rookie Rank: 1st | Rookie Rank: 10th
Passing Touchdowns
Carr: 21 | 2014 Rookie Rank: 1st | Rookie Rank: T-5th
QB Rating (min. 300 attempts)
Carr: 76.6 | 2014 Rookie Rank: 2nd | Rookie Rank: 14th
COOL UNDER PRESSURE
A young quarterback’s success can often be measured by his ability to handle pressure and thwart opposing blitzes, and there are few better at that than Derek Carr. Here is a look at how he has fared against pressure, in the red zone and on critical downs:
According to Pro Football Focus, Carr has been sacked only 10.3 percent of the times he is pressured, the lowest percentage among NFL quarterbacks who have taken at least half of of their team’s snaps, and more than 10 percent better than the next top rookie (Teddy Bridgewater, 20.6 percent) :youmadbreh:
Carr has thrown eight touchdowns under pressure according to Pro Football Focus, first among rookies and tied for sixth in 2014.
In the fourth quarter this season, Carr leads all rookies and is tied for third in the NFL with 10 touchdown passes :youmadbreh:
Carr has seen his fair share of third down opportunities, as he leads the NFL with 193 third-down pass attempts and is tied for second in completions with 104. Carr's 11 third-down touchdowns are tied for sixth in the league :youmadbreh:
Carr has also been electric inside opponents’ 20-yard line, leading the Raiders to an NFL-best 72.4 touchdown percentage (21-of-29) in the red zone :youmadbreh:
He threw for the lowest YPA in NFL HISTORY.continuation of what @Troublesome said ...

@NYC Rebel
You telling me you watched every single game with 22 different angles and you came up with ONE analysis !!!???? "a rookie QB gets shaky when pressures near "?????????
Thats it ???
and then comment 5 times on the first page of your own thread
Go make me breakfast bytch .
And he still ended up the best rookie qb.
Carr was a checkdown/WR screen King.
Somebody forgot about Trillwater
He threw for the lowest YPA in NFL HISTORY.
I watched all of his passes from last season. Dude is the checkdown King and many of his TDs were from short WR screens. That Olsen offense protected him
Exactly what am I mad or emotional about? I get on Jets players even worse.
Carr is one of those safe to a fault qbs and it's not my fault I seen him consistently rush his throws.
That same PFF site you're quoting:
That's you
I'm sorry...but your overuse is smilies is a mask for fail.1. i rather get a checkdown completion than a interception, fumble, or sack. and its funny how all those little checkdowns led to the most total yards and tds. :youmadbreh:
2. the youmadbreh is supposed to be my mark davis smilie but it wont show. :youmadbreh:
3. i didnt quote PFF, i got it from here http://www.raiders.com/news/article-1/Carr-Rewriting-Rookie-Record-Book/b7603256-c29d-47d4-b2d7-9b26b0d926eb ,
and its not bias because its nothing but facts.:youmadbreh:
and again you watched every game from Derek Carr w/ 22 different angles and came up the the OP.
He had the best stats against the hardest schedule with the weakest supporting cast ( players and coaches) and he still came out on top and now
Crap excuse. You can't even explain a player you're riding for characteristics
Corny. Speak on a player my dude, not on meFunny how disagreeing that a player is complete crap = "riding for". You way too old to be acting out like this with people who have differing opinions. You're legit upset
5.5 YPA and only 58% completions
Teddy 7.3 YPA (14th in the league) at 64.4% completions and he's one of the most accurate when under pressure plus most accurate in the redzone :myafrican:
