Make proclamations that a QB is a bum from a preseason game & a QB that hasn't even started his 2nd full season yet brehs. Not sure why people talking like most Raiders fans already don't know about Carr's flaws already, some real ground breaking stuff. Yes, he looks shaky, doesn't read the field the best or lets plays develop fully, or doesn't want to turn over the ball and would rather check down. Carr's will be more than fine, barely heading into his 2nd year, can't wait for when Carr kills it & everyone on here says, but, but he is throwing it to Cooper.
