Who the hell made this decision and where did it come from...Question is now how long will folks give Carr to show something if he comes out the gate a disaster,knowing that Schuab is on the bench....nobody thinks Schuab is the long term answer but if Carr comes out lookin awful I wonder if they will be quick to bench Carr knowing they have a decent option on the bench....this move is bad because of the coaching staff/front office being so damn confused about what they wanna do....only way this ends well is if Carr come out the gate killing it...if not we continue to look like a shytty place to come for free agents,and possibly hurt a young QB's future by rushing him out there and then benching him if it don't go right...I had high hopes but all im seeing is more making this shyt up as they go from this team

the game all fukked up now for rookie QBs. Matt Ryan started the trend. It used to be commonplace for a rookie QB to sit 2 or 3 years and then step in, but now they throwing these dudes in the fire right away. Now if Carr don't produce with this sorry ass team, people are gonna think he's a bust, when really maybe he just needed some time on the bench to learn the offense (and for the Raiders to get some offense talent).

Eli wasn't the starter for NYG his rookie year.

Thing about Big Ben is he wasn't supposed to be the starter. He got put in because one guy got injured and the other guy was fukkin horrible.

Ryan started the trend because he was named as the starter from day 1 because they expected him to be the best QB on the team, led them to 11 wins and a playoff game, won rookie of the year. After that, damn near every highly picked rookie QB is expected to start right away and have success, or else they're a bust.

Why the fukk did we get shaub again? Stupid ass mckenzie and these stop-gap QBs that he never ends up using anyway. This offseason still wasn't perfect, no excuse for losing Houston/Velhdeer. Hopefully Carr works out, I'm tired of this losing shyt.

Every fukking day Schaub needs to thank being Vicks backup. If it wasn't for him being Vicks backup that b*stard would have never made all this money. Dude was over hyped cause folks in ATL of the other hue hated Vick and always want Shaub to be the starter. That boy was never shyt and ended up makin millions.

I was a big Pryor supporter, but famn he was not even that good with the Hawks he kinda regressed.

I love this move. This ends my healthy apathy as @2Quik4UHoes elegantly stated. I wanted Carr more than any QB in the draft. Dude was born for this shyt. He's smart as fukk and been around the game since he was in diapers. He has no weapons now but he'll make the most out of his situation. Dennis Allen's job is on the line so he had to go with the best player.
