I fukking love Seven but Fight Club is better to me and has better replay value and i love its anti-materialistic message.

I was actually on "Fight Club" when it dropped when people were telling me it wasn't good and it was too weird. Funny how things changed in 15 years. "Se7en" was more instant, like you just knew you were watching something Classic. "Fight Club" has a lot of great themes and the editing and acting was on point. But I'd argue "Se7en" had just as many great themes when you pull back everything being said and why Kevin Spacy was doing what he was doing. Actually "Se7en" clearly influenced the entire "SAW" series.

I was young when fight club was out, so I thought it was just a movie with cool violence, watched it again when I was older and was :whoo: they're such diff types of movies tho its not really fair to compare them. both fukkin classic. Seven creeps me the hell out, and don't you dare eat a snack during that shyt :scusthov:

I love to revisit films that I saw as a kid or younger and watch them as an adult. It's amazing how many films I saw that I thought I understood but really didn't. "Blade Runner" was one of those films for me. As a kid I thought it was a Side Han Solo adventure. Even the cover looks very Star Wars-ish lol:

I had the same thing happen to me w/regards to Blade Runner. My pops is a huge sci-fi head and I remember when DVDs first came out and we got our big screen, I remember watching it and having no idea wtf was going on, just thought it was a weird movie. Years later we get it on Blu-Ray and I revisit it like :whoo: :noah: :whew:

the directors cut is a lot better, just like Kingdom of Heaven. Fincher hated it because he went through production hell just to even get it made and they made him cut a bunch of shyt. It's still a dope flick.
The story was pointless. Movie had zero reason to exist.

I definitely have, you know? And that's something I'm always on the lookout for. Yes, absolutely want to do more. I actually have a script for a remake of UPTOWN SATURDAY NIGHT that Will Smith wants to put together, that's been written and that we're talking about. You can hit Will up and ask him what he's waiting for.
:ohhh::wow:
First day viewing. Will is always holding shyt up, movies on down to a dj jazzy Jeff and fresh Prince reunion:beli:
