Great thread. People really underestimate how high his basketball i.q. was
90s basketball was so ugly.
Even the announcers said it

Honestly, Rodman probably played harder than anyone I've seen live. He made up for his offensive decencies with just pure fukking hustle.
Also did anyone see that NBA Open Court episode "Mailman and The Worm"? Kerr basically said that at one point in either the '96 or '97 Rodman became really disconnected. So PJax suggested to Steve that he and Jud Buechler be the guys to take Rodman (and 15 of Rodman's friends) for a night out on Atlantic City
So they do it
Steve says they get back at like 4 in the morning in a big ass Howard Stern party bus and they're all hungover and whatever. And Dennis says, "Well that was fun guys. Have fun at practice today." Turns out starters got the day off and there was a morning practice for the second unit. Could totally see Dennis with the while doing all of this but just like that, Dennis was right back on track for the rest of that year
Couldn't find the video on YouTube or NBA.com but I got links of tidbits of the whole story
Steve Kerr is tougher than he looks

This shyt is hilarious....you will never see this type of shyt in the NBA again...Metta World Artest, Rasheed Wallace had nothing on the goat!!!
Zo was so emotional that Rodman always rattled him easily. Pat Riley kept telling him to keep his cool but it didn't work. The frustration in Zo's face at 2:19 in the freeze frame
He wanted to kill Dennis
