That's fukked up. The sentiment behind it is good but the way it's being executed - things like double punishment for crimes committed in ghettos, teaching children christianity, and fukking ankle bracelets - is terrible.
Education is the key to empowerment. Getting children to spend time outside of impoverished areas and giving them a quality education away from underfunded inner-city schools would be a brilliant initiative. Being exposed to a healthier environment away from ghettos would do the kids a lot of good.
Instead they're "educating" them with religified bullshyt and making them wear ankle bracelets for the privilege
and I'll bet their field trips out of the hood won't be to the museum and the library and the football pitch. It'll be to some horrible camp which is probably worse than the underfunded schools they would regularly attend

Western Europeans, ESPECIALLY Scandinavians are not particularly religious. Regardless of your faith, people with strong levels of religious identity tend to be more....I guess the word is "stubborn." More persistent. Scandinavians know that real deal Muslims are more resolute in their identity and are less likely to bend to the will of the Nordics. That's why they want to get to the kids early and brainwash them into Western ways. They don't want a permanent class of "others" in both looks and culture.
Ironic too, because most of them would look at white America and take our side, thinking white Americans are all evil and racist. And yet.......here they go doing the same thing. Of course I get it. They have an old culture and are 90+% of the population. However, the only way to fix all of this is to start popping out more Nordic babies. They know the demographics aren't on their side. All of the modern thinking and ladies doing whatever means they're numbers will keep shrinking. i agree with their goals, their methods may be heavy handed and experimental but it sure beats what other european countries did which was let them in and leave them to their own devices to be be closed off without opportunity and ignorant. they're being charitable by allowing them in. america is the top cause of these problems and we're not letting that much refugees in. what if they said "not my problem, turn around and go back where you came from"? the solution is definitely not to allow them to just breed hate and ignorance in their children of the very country that rescued them. want to live in the west, don't try to turn the west into the places you're fleeing.
