^this right here. the majority of a Trump voters got their information from unregulated propaganda they saw on social media. Elon Musk breaking campaign laws to offer money to support a candidate, bomb threats in black districts, and people being indoctrinated with propaganda that made them vote against their own self interest.

The real lesson of all this is the democrats need better infrastructure and the DNC and its purpose need to changed to better deal with this. In the US, there are no sex surgeries on trans kids/children. Nobody is being castrated, there are no records of pre-teens receiving genital surgeries as the guidelines recommend to wait till 17-18 for this type of surgeries.

Unfortunately, they put the first age bracket at 12-18 which includes legal adults so so that's stupid on that study but that's the only data I found.

Also, there's nothing recent so only from 2016-2020 but then there were 4,000 surgeries for the 12-18 during those 5 years. That's averaging 800 a year and of those 10% were sex surgeries (that number includes 18 year olds).

From the bit I looked, the actual advised minimum age I consistently found was 16 for genitalia surgeries, for example those pro-trans people and they insist on it being exceptional and being approved by parents and doctors.
