They happened the same time. Ob top of that, 2022 was about the “economy” due to inflation. Most of the covid benefits ended in 2021 which lead to a decline in poverty rates. It doesn’t get talked about because we are trained not to think about benefits and aide for regular people outside of social security and Medicaid.
