True enough, but it's also a KYP situation where they have confidence in him making that catch and coming to the ball instead of just waiting on it. There were a few of lobs where I could see the help coming and thought it was about to be a turnover, but Cousins would snag it and turn it into a bucket. Like Zeek would say Cousins is in "that Thang" right now and his teammates recognize it.To be fair to Cousins, some of those passes were ill-advised and spoke more about his ability to navigate through traffic and take contact. Throwing overhead passes into the post when defenses are on the verge of collapsing is asking for a turnover. Boogie can make even an average pass look like a gem. He's definitely unlocked something in his game over the last month.
You said he stunk
Breh, you can't be serious. He's got plenty of help. You seen what LeBron is playing with?![]()
The Celtics aren't close to winning anything with or without Cousins imo. He didn't wanna play with Isaiah Thomas which is the main reason the Kings let him go.I hate the Celtics with a passion, but I hope he ends up in Boston without Ainge giving up too many assets. They'd probably be an instant contender with him.
Also turnovers have been a big issue. It's not even stuff like great defense causing them, like they'll be passing it around and all of a sudden a pass goes over someones head. The SG spot is the reason. McLemore is inconsistent and Belinelli has been trash. Collison ends up having to play SG
Also Kings 3 pt defense is nonexistent
Boston's missing a frontcourt scoring big man to complete the cipher. They have a 45% win record now - there's no reason why Boogie can't add 10 wins to that - which bring them around 55+ wins. The Celtics aren't close to winning anything with or without Cousins imo. They have the second best defense in the league - all they're missing is a go-to scorer down low. Boogie with that defense/coaching would be a scary sight.I'm not a fan of Marcus smart, or really anybody on their roster. When Jae Crowder is the best overall player and your leading scorer is 5'9, it's not looking good
I like Isaiah a lot but Cousins wasn't a huge fan. I'm sure they're friends, but he didn't shed any tears when he left. Cousins would rather play with a true PG, that's why he loves rondo so much.Boston's missing a frontcourt scoring big man to complete the cipher. IT and Boogie don't have a problem with each other. IT has already made it known he wants him in Boston. Stop reading into silly ass rumors.

That's because Boogie missed 23 games last season, in which the Kings went 6-17 without him. In the games Cousins played they went 23-36. Collison only played 45 games, no stability at the PG position and they had THREE different coaches last season. Before Cousins had viral meningitis, they were 9-6 (better win percentage than they have now) against a stronger Western Conference.
Boogie has missed eight games this season - they are 1-7 without him (Rondo played in all those games). The Kings being in playoff position ain't got shyt to do with Rondo.
