They technically arent needed now. Pilots barely handle takeoff and landings. They will go theroute before we die. They will just be drone pilots until we let the computers take that over.

now that i think about it, she had to have been asked more than once. the pilots are getting the cockpit ready during boarding, they aren't standing in that cramped front area looking at peoples' clothes. the stewardess does that

I was on a flight that had to be deplaned before and it was a fukkin hassle. Took HOURS to get on another flight and then even more time to wait for the new connection. All while traveling with a 2 year old. All because a couple didn’t want to mask up. I wanted to kill those MFs that day

as for the captain demanding "standards" on board he should remember the compromises wrt to standards that he has already made:
i. seats. growing smaller by the year.
ii. food. american cancer engendering crap.
iii. pricing. hidden pricing.
iv. 2 engine aircraft long-haul safety.
v. boeing. flying compromised aircraft.
in light of all of that a swear word or two is not that important.
as a fellow passenger i know which of them i'd prefer my pilot to focus on.

That’s not what the video showed or the article said happened. We can speculate but that won’t do us any good. The captain said HE told the flight attendants personally to tell her to remove it. Not complaints from passengers or the crew. He saw it (possibly when he boarded the plane before the passengers). No one took issue with a Malcolm X hat that had the word fukk on it but the cac pilot. I’m sure she didn’t remove it immediately because you have carryons and shyt and it’s a hassle to even think you have the time and space to do it before you find your seat. People are still boarding in the clip so no significant amount of time has passed from her walking past the cockpit when the crew greets you to when the pilot comes out because everyone isn’t even seated yet. so she clearly whipped it right off for the pilot, because she knew the pilot coming out meant the flight crew wasn't fukking around anymore. and he was pissed he even had to get called in, because she wouldnt listen to the stewardess
