My advice for anyone who may end up out numbered in a bathroom: Keep your back against a wall so nobody gets behind you. When you go down cover your dome so you don't get stomped out. You don't wanna go down though, you hurt whoever however badly to get out of that bathroom and then run far away.

They brought it on themselves. No sympathy and let this be a lesson to anyone else who wants to jump someone.

odds are they didnt try to KILL the girl. they tried to beat her up. she hit her head on the sink. you do that wrong way and thats it. its over. i've seen situations where kids died by being punched in the chest. no one intentionally tried to murder the kid. but yet the ones involved in the fght will have to deal with this for the rest of their lives.

thats in the heat of the fight. most people mid fight aint stopping. thats just reality. and things like this do and can happen. even if it was 1 on 1.the person you swing on could slip and bam hit their head wrong. yall keep fighting or you trying to keep them down to end it. and next thing you know they're dead. you didnt try to kill anyone. thats why its manslaughter at best. now there are times when people intentionally try to beat people to death. with the intent of killing the person. i dont think thats what this is.

I'll say it since no one else has said it, or they're just dancing around it. There was no reason why 6 females needed to jump on one innocent female, but they did and here's why.... it had all of the elements.

Females beefing over a attractive dark skinned dude.....
Attractive dude chooses the attractive light skin chick
Dark skin females caught feels because they didn't get chose
Light skin chick (probably) pops shyt at dark skin girls in gloating manner.
Dark skinned girls catches more feels and internalizes denigration.
Dark skin chicks vent on social media about beating lighter skin chick down.
Next day, the two main culprits and their clique start hemming ole girl up.
shyt goes too far (repeatedly smashing chick's head into bathroom sink).
Attractive light skin girl dies.
The realization comes (Oh shyt, we've fukked up)

Too late.... Life imprisonment or the green mile... justifiable punishments.

Its cause she is not really sorry. A lot of kids in that area probably dont have much value for their own lives let alone another persons. Thats the cycle of destruction they live in. And I'm sure she doesnt realize yet whats about to happen... but she will and it will get real for her when the judge says your doing 20 to life. It always sinks in then...

It's obvious that she's not really sorry. She's still in denial and thinking that it's somehow the dead girl's fault - and that became obvious to me as I was reading what she wrote and got to the part where she says, "Even though we NEVER got along..".

It's as if she was still deflecting blame, especially the way she put 'never' in all caps to try to show that it was a "mutual" dislike.

Nowhere in that thread did I defend him getting shot, my position was simply that given the facts that cop probably doesn't deserve to be punished in the same manner as Darren Wilson and George Zimmerman SHOULD have been punished (but weren't) and that the Asian community had a right to address that blatant disrespect.

And it is ironic because here youre extending all these bullshyt excuses for these students who clearly had the intent to seriously injure this poor girl and succeeded, resulting in what is unequivocally a senseless murder. funny how that works, maybe you're no different than them Asians who look out for their own just like you're doing here.
