People have been calling for it for a while. It just got traction now

The problem is most folks didnt have a politically actionable cause to pull for in response to police brutality. Hands up dont shoot or black lives matter do a good job of drawing awareness to the issue but not to a solution. Thats how we came out of Ferguson with weak bodycam legislation

Defunding is a more damning response and can weaken some of the police's legal immunity but I can understand why some folks dont align with that solution. It just feels like a reprimand rather than addressing their deep ties to racist organization and their role in systemic racism

My mother started a non profit about 15 yrs ago (it's not a hustle, she never received a salary). Many orgs wanted to fund her, she refused. They wanted to put her up for ny'er of the week, she refused. Because, as a former Panther, she know this game. So she refused any official funding, opting instead to fundraise from small donors who, ngl, were mostly do gooder type wp. That worked out better in terms of organizational freedom bc you didn't have one big donor giving the bulk and thus having a say in the direction of the non profit. Duh.

George Soros is a Zionist, ("globalist" for lack of a better term), billionaire, who influences social change (what some would call social engineering) for purposes unknown.

The assumption is the erosion of the western European via other races, most significantly the black race (almost like a proxy war).
