Colorado hasn't had decent classes. If you are near JSU or behind them in the last two years, you suck if you are a P5. JSU classes are extremely elite for FCS but it's just an excellent G5 classes and bad P5 classes.

Colorado last decent class was the one season they had Mel Tucker and he bailed because its too hard.

They aren't an attractive P5 for a number of reasons but Deion cuts those reasons at the knees. He's a national brand, no other coach is a brand as much as he is.

Prime will sell what he got, that's what elite recruiters do.

You will get multiple opportunities but NFL scouts/teams are watching everything and at some point you're gonna get red flagged. The difference between being a day one and day two draft pick are big, but the difference between both of those and a day three pick are even bigger. Whoever this dude has in his immediate circle - mom, uncle, grandparents, whatever - need to tell him he can't afford to bomb out of Florida. Every now and again it’s a kid so talented that folks will give them a try, same with the nfl, but usually 9 out of 10 times it don’t work, and they are another in the long list of cautionary tales, this kid don’t get it, and may not get it til it’s too late and then he’s playing for directional state u a d2-3 school, if at all. Like I said it's either that or working a bum ass menial job. He's used to getting his way. When all that stops those are the only two options.

It's not like it's something that rarely happens. Especially now a lot of these young black men have zero guidance now. They are surrounded by nothing but women. At least back in the day, they would have an Uncle or some male figure that can reach them while they are young. So when you don't have guidance failure or not reaching your potential is imminent.
