I think his background is questionable. Like, is he really any good, or did he just ride Jimmy Lake's coattails at UW? Many Washington fans said he was a trash recruiter, but fans are just fans.
I also am not sure what he really did in the NFL as "the assistant to the assistant coach..."
Maybe I'm just being pessimistic because I don't really think Napier is that guy and don't trust his judgment, and don't trust anyone who would voluntarily fukk with Napier if he truly can handle his business.
Maybe he'll prove me wrong.

Hope I’m wrong, but I don’t see this ending well for him.
Now he can finally realize his all American potential and not be held back by mean ol Deion...I know we all will be expecting to see him as a Jim Thorpe finalist this year...now that he's with a real program

Spring ball is over and every scholarship allotment is done at major programs.
And it didn’t have to be that way.
Whatever situation he had in Boulder he should’ve made it work. He didn’t have any tougher of a haul than anyone else on that roster. But you gotta follow the rules. I just think some of these players who dipped thought things were going to be a certain way under Prime and he was very blunt about his plans for that team.

He probably finessed his way into enough money to get by. The thing with NIL though is if you’re not starting, let alone a star player, nobody is going to give you anything. So I'm assuming he went there with no expectations of significant playing time this coming season.
