It is but its a whole new world breh.. These kids be getting gassed up during recruitment and told they gonna start, getting crazy NIL money, I know on Miami end he was gonna get a CRAZY bag, even had some current players like hold on because he was gonna get paid more than accomplished players to reel him in, Im sure Deion was gonna have endorsements in place for him also.
Now add that he was the #1 recruit in America on some rankings and then add social media where fans can get at you, other coaches and agents probably sliding in DMs or hitting up his people like "if you thinking about transferring....", reporters asking whats wrong and all your practice reps of you adjusting to college game got you getting COOKED on social media, team having success and you not even on the field. These kids be getting overhyped for like 2 years and get on campus and shyt get real. Can be humbling for most cats and you got to manage egos, handlers, parents, coaches, fans and everyone expectations.
Luckily no one gonna second guess Deion when he say he not ready because anywhere else they would be like play him anyways. He was rail thin coming outta high school and was gonna need a cfb nutrition plan to get up to speed. He like 6'2 but weigh like 160. If some followed last year with Travis at Jackson St. Deion was hard on him also but he did play, as long as he trust the process I think he will be good but these kids mental health in this day n age and with transfer portal who knows what happens when they get hit with adversity so young.

This is not how football is coached at all. Coaches will not just throw players out there to "get reps" if they haven't been ready in practice, especially freshmen.
When I played, I knew exactly which week I was finally gonna get into a game because of what happened in practice that week. It's like a switch flipped and I was finally keeping up out there. Until that switch flipped, the coach wasn't gonna put me in a game.
When McClain shows he's ready in practice, then Deion is going to give him real playing time. And not any time before that just to please impatient fans.

I wasn't trying to hate on USC and Lincoln btw. Just pointing out that Lincoln is going to hurt his chances of going all the way with Grinch. Grinch is holding Lincoln back. Just wait until their schedule picks up. Maybe they can get through it with the offense, but that defense will let them down.
It's not even about Lincoln or USC breh. I'm just saying if Cormani had committed to and been playing for Miami he would be on the field. I just hope Deion knows what he's doing with the kid. We'd for sure love to have him as would Miami and a ton of other schools

Unless its because he's skipping class or caught smoking (even though it is Colorado) then something doesnt add up.
Although tbf he wasnt even dressed vs Nebraska so I dont know if he got hurt or was in trouble.
Dude might be a fukkup, but you'd think there might have been a plan to accelerate his development. However, maybe Prime is truly just focused on the now and rather rely on the transfers. Cause Edwards the only freshman thats playing for real outside of the center (who only got in cause the starter got hurt)
