Atlanta not like Houston. Houston is like a billion miles so living in Missouri City is different than Houston but Decatur look like Atlanta and I used to work in Decatur

This is right off of Candler. You telling me this is the hood?

Google Maps

Im not clicking that link. Candler rd is a definitely “hood”, whatever your definition of that may be. It’s that. I know this because I got family that live there and actually be around the area. You’ve been corrected by several people in this thread. At this point it seems like you just wanna argue. After my New Years shrooms trip I got too much positive energy and can’t even entertain you for an argument.

BX, NYC
Outta state muhfukkas from Westchester to Nassau to Suffolk all claim The City...
They have no choice to imagine explaining to somebody hey I’m from New York and somebody say which part and you gotta say some shyt like Elmsford or Islip :skip:

In my experience Long Islanders usually claim Long Island while Westchester folks will say “New York”.

But these places are most definitely not NYC although parts of Mt. Vernon and Yonkers are close to and can resemble the North or East Bronx which are a bit more housey and suburban and they have hoods too. At least Decatur and Atlanta have a similar vibe.

Decatur being inside of the perimeter of 285 makes it ATL as fukk to me lol. The same can be said for College Park and East Point. It's a distinction that can be made by people who were born and raised here, but for outsiders all 3 cities are ATL as fukk.

Exactly
