These dudes need their own reality show
At some point they gotta start side eyeing these suburb nikkasAtlanta just like Oakland. Everybody in the mainstream who claim Oakland ain’t born and raised there. Too $hort lived in L.A. until age 14, Pac from Harlem, Spice 1 from Hayward, even none of the members of En Vogue really from the town either most of them from Frisco. Even the most popping local rappers who rep Oakland been exposed for not being from the town at all (i.e. Joe Blow). Seem like all of the rappers who are actually born and raised in the hood in ATL or Oakland super local and too hood for mainstream success.
Boroughs are sections. As far as mailing goes, both the boroughs or "New York, NY" are fine. Officially they're still NYC but the post office recognizes the boroughs. Colloquially though, only Manhattan is ever really defined as "New York City" while the other four boroughs are distinguished (ie a Manhattan mailing address is more likely to be New York, NY than Manhattan, NY)are boroughs cities or sections tho.
i have a hard time getting what is meant.
so on your address.
what city do you list with the zipcode to fully let people out side know.
that is how i am gonna ask this for people unfamiliar?

It’s like saying queens or Brooklyn isn’t New York lol. Decatur, Brookhaven, East point, college park, etc technically aren’t Atlanta. But metro Atlanta is considered Atlanta, and that’s coming from someone who’s lived in Atlanta, decatur, Stone Mountain, and Gwinnett lol. I consider it all Atlanta. Atlanta, to me includes Fulton county, dekalb county, Gwinnett county, Cobb county, and Clayton county. They’re the most dense population wise and they all physically touch Atlanta.
Watts isn’t LA but I consider it LA because when we mention LA we’re talking about the whole metro area.
This is the definition of a metropolis lmao. I don’t know why people still argue about this shot as if it means something.
Jody Breeze is from Joneboro. If someone asked me about it I’ll say he’s from Atlanta smh.
Worddd why is thatBoroughs are sections. As far as mailing goes, both the boroughs or "New York, NY" are fine. Officially they're still NYC but the post office recognizes the boroughs. And then you got Queens, which is so fragmented the mailing addresses usually go by neighborhood instead of Queens.

Growing up inside the actual city is different than growing up in some rural suburb 20 miles out
Lil Baby and Migos upbringing way different
Camden NJ.Name me one city that's all slums.
It goes all the way back to when the boroughs were first incorporated apparently. Queens wasn't a completely united County like Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten were, just a collection of unincorpated communities and because it's so big the post offices never consolidated the way others did. And now people are just used to it lol.Worddd why is that
I’ve seen the shyt will say Jamaica, New York or Briarwood, New York or Flushing, New York
Then you have Far Rock nikkas that almost consider themselves their own thing
Why does Queens do that the other boroughs aren’t like that
Camden NJ.
