It would have to go through the amendments process I believe. Doesn't seem viable with only two weeks to go.

Also, they could just remove it from the filibuster if Republicans try and hold it up.

Where is the wealthy donors and corporations that donate to the GQP? They should be applying pressure on those fascist fukks that they are really gambling economic collapse if they don’t raise the debt ceiling.
