He scares me and gives me Kemba with 2 inches added vibes.
Knicks Twitter saying we finally got a point guard…

I’ll say it right now Brunson is no distributor I think some fans will be in for a rude awakening got nikkas talking about him throwing lobs and shyt :dead:
These are confusing takes to me.

Is he a solid pg or not?

I doubt anyone is asking or expecting Brunson to be a solid b version of john stockton. He's a solid b version of an offensive minded PG.

But a PG nonetheless.

I'm struggling to see how this Brunson acquisition is a bad decision.

Enlighten me?

It doesn't matter much if Randle is in the starting lineup but can we trust Brunson as a good playmaker?

He’s a good player.

But he’s more of a isolation scorer and an off guard he is more of the same I.Q. and D-Rose type we have had.

My post is in reference to Knicks fans on Twitter talking bout he’s gonna be throwing lobs and we finally have a PG with the insinuation that he is a floor general.

The Knicks only remaining priorities according to Ian Begley is to decide who plays the starting shooting guard role (Grimes or Barrett) and to work on the Barrett extension. The roster is set

Starting to believe Barrett extension will be in the 120-125 area not near the 193 max extension I was fearing.
Barrett is not signing an extension worth 120mil :mjlol:
Where the fukk do some of you get this logic?
Zion got a max extension playing 85 games in 3 seasons (yes I know he was great when he did play)
Michael Porter Jr got a max extension after 2 back surgeries and having a single good season
If Barrett settles for some bullshyt like that he has the worst agent on earth

Barrett simply hasn’t been anywhere near as good as those two when they have been healthy.

He has been mediocre and has been allowed to skate.

Sadly you’re right he has cachet and his agent will demand more.

It’s not. He’s gonna be just fine. I think @ISO was saying not to expect Chris Paul but he’s gonna be a good drive and kick pg, i think he’s skilled in the pick and roll, his vision isn’t ELITE but it’s better than we’ve had and dude is a dog most importantly.

Thread title should be " When did Things go Left, How Can we make them Riight '

All jokes aside, i love the Brunson pick up fo yall... Wish bulls could have got him, (wit lonzos injury)

How he fits along side Barrett and Randle is the only issue I see.. HE needs the ball in his hands, and is more of a gunner for his own rather then setting up others.. That bein said he does have a good IQ

Fournier better sit start grimes, thibs needs to make the move or they make the trade before season starts and how u find minutes for reddish x toppin is the big key here

Zion Williamson last time he played has a PER of 27.17 which translates to weak MVP candidate ranking.

Ja Morant had a per of 24.74 last year which translates to definitive All-star.

RJ Barrett in which the fans said was his breakout season PER is 13.72 which translates to below average rotational player

By numbers and analytics RJ should be only making 9-10 million a year so him getting more than double that is a Win

Because he averaged 20 points per game and is young and is a blue chip prospect since high school. Because he is a fan favorite and has a good attitude he will command more projections will be heavy on that. This is all despite his inefficiency and lack of impact on either end of the floor regardless of the box score stats through three seasons.
