He was added after the fact on some releases of the Greatest Hits, they added him to the music video at one point too
On the Bootleg Kev interview Snoop seems to not be aware that Top Dogg was on "All About U"
Knowing Snoop, who collaborated with everyone incl. Domino, he wouldn't mind hopping on a song with Top Dogg/YGD.

They did "Top Dogg" no favors by trying to make him into a Snoop clone, he'd of had a better chance as Young Gangsta Dee from Compton with the DJ Quik cosign

Only problem is there was already a Gangsta Dee from Compton with the DJ Quik cosign (Gangsta D from 2nd II None).

Either that's lil different they from hood (20's) and the same city. Plus him Domino were rapping together before snoop became a part of 213
