Yea logistically there is/was no way to get rid of Matt and his contract without us taking a cap hit of dead money somewhere around $20 million. Considering we had to trade Julio just to sign our draft class you couldn’t have eaten Matt’s contract and then he not play here. Realistically there was no chance that happened

Dress rehearsal will be next wk…we also did have joint practices with Miami this week which basically were like games so I’d expect to see the starters play significant snaps in that game
