So technically all the free agents are still on the market since these agreements don't mean shyt?

What happens to wes Matthews mow that the team make up I'd different from what he expected? Does he stay/ go? Do the mavs tank/ try to win? Do other teams break their verbal commitments as well to free up space to sign Matthews and screw over the guys the commited to?

This type shyt can have a domino effect and ruin lives robbing them of contracts if this sort of uncertainty exists with the commitments.

To be real it's in bad taste with the clippers whether deandre hit them up or not. They should honor these gentleman agreements and deandre should honor his word. Dallas made a commitment to him. Clippers are only simping cause they now realise they need him. So cp3 out there faking for a day friendship and hoe important you are when his day to day behaviour around you is different.
