I know plenty of women around 27 with no kids. They're out there.

You aren't going to find them in clubs and other spots. Join any young professionals organization. Join your local chapter of the Urban League, NAACP, etc. You'll find plenty of solid women in those settings.

how many single dads have custody? few if not rare. Most dads only see thier kids on weekends maybe a few hours or maybe they take them for the weekend, plus a single dad isn't viewed as a package or baggage, the only thing a woman dating a single dad has to worry about is the drama from the single mom, or him smashing the single mom.

Actually, I've been involved with someone who has full custody of his child...the child's mother wasn't that involved...he takes his son to every basketball practice, game, to/from school, etc. It's refreshing to see a man put his child first, even before himself.

It is a package because that means less attention and time for his s.o. and not every female can handle that...the kid ALWAYS comes first...before your birthday, before anything...so if you can understand that, even though sometimes it's annoying, then it's doable. People without kids don't have to worry about those kinds of responsibilities, so they're used to getting 100% (or at least close to it) attention all the time. It is ideal to date someone without a kid, but if the person is worth it, then I can put some of my needs aside to allow him to be a great father....because that's what he should be doing.
