shyt if you can squat everyday I guess you could deadlift everyday your nervous system would be fried though.

I deadlift twice a week on average don’t see why you would do everyday but fukk it try it out:..Just like with the squat everyday vary your weights and the types of deadlifts you do.

If you're not competing, the deadlift is a lift you don't have to do regularly to maintain/improve upon. You can literally deadlift only twice a month and still make gains as long as you're engaging your posterior chain through other means. There was a time I hadn't deadlift in almost half a year and still slightly improved. It's how you program your routine breh breh.
