I had to think about this. This is anecdotal but when I had a wider stance I had much more pressure on my back. With the closer stance I don't have that same pressure at all and I'm pulling heavier. For what it's worth I don't use a belt at all. I think the closer stance will help you engage your posterior chain much more which should be a positive.Exactly what I need right now. Thanks.
