Is it normal to be able to lift more with a trap bar than with a normal barbell?

I'm wondering if there is an issue or if it means anything?

I can only hit 315 maybe 325 with a regular bar, but with a trap bar I can do 365 easily.

Is this normal or a sign of bad form with the regular bar? Underdeveloped muscles somewhere?

Any insight, brehs?

Very normal, that's the way it should be actually

Thanks, breh. I was worried it meant my form was off with my regular deads because it is more or less impossible to have poor form with the trap bar.

I used to love trap bar deads but it made me a little complacent and became an easy excuse to not pull with the BB instead of an assistant to or something to alternate with

Whenever I platued now I do rack pulls and deficit deads for a few weeks, I'll stack 2 45 plates, stand on them and pull. It re-enforces the idea of using leg drive when you pull.

When I go back to pulling regular it feels like the weight is jumping off the floor to me.
