Yo, I was watching some of it like a month ago and was tearing up at how blassic shyt is. :wow:
When Anthony comes back home and sees Skip for the first time, shyt is heart breaking and heart warming at the same damn time. "My niqqa!"
Yeah that look when he realized Skip was looking all Dusty was some real shyt. The convo catching up. Just watched this a few weeks ago and it's still a classic. It's legit like three or four different movies in one and it nailed every facet of it. Great performance by Larenz. Just too many classic moments.

I think Terrance Howard tells his agent to send him any role that will require him to have a perm :wow:

:banderas:I was thinking about that movie last night. Such a dope flick and probably the best Hughes Brothers flick of all time. The scenery, the soundtrack, and acting was so groundbreaking:ahh:. Shame Larenz Tate will never get the acknowledge that he deserves. Dude is such an underrated actor it's not even funny.

He's got more range than Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Omar Epps, and most of those other "Black relationships actors" they keep recycling.

Dude can go from a suave actor to a dramatic actor within seconds:wow:. I wish he could have got more work on a serious level because he was always one of my favorite actors of all time.

Larenz Tate should have been that ONE in the late 90's and 2000 era. It's like after 98 or so he stopped caring or either the starring roles stopped coming in. But movies like the Wood and Best Man back in those days would have been so much better if he was in some of the roles instead of the actors they had.
