I took it more that dikk is the member of the team that Rachel cares the most about. That is why Trigon said the line about not eating the world "until her (Rachel) heart breaks" as dikk was walking up to the porch.

The upcoming DC Universe streaming service will not only play host to original live-action series like Titans and Swamp Thing, as well as animated entries like Harley Quinn and Young Justice: Outsiders, but also feature all future animated DC films.

DC have announced that future animated films will not only be available on the streaming service, but their availability will begin on the same day as their home and/or theatrical release. That is to say that the upcoming Reign of the Supermen animated film, which will release on Blu-ray and DVD on January 29th, will also arrive on the streaming service on that date.

2019 will also see the release of two more animated DC films - those being Justice League vs The Fatal Five and Batman: Hush. Just the same as Reign of the Supermen, they will arrive on DC Universe on the same date as their Blu-ray and DVD release.

Will you be making use of DC Universe? Are you looking forward to Reign of the Supermen?

I don't think it's smart to make the animated films available on the same day on the app as their dvd/blu ray release. Why spend $20+ for the physical copy/digital download when you can stream it for less than $10.

guess they following the model set by WWE and others that offer the PPVs with the subscription..

edit: thought about it more. what makes this any different that VOD from you cable subscriber... I mean these DC universe movies and shows rotate so its no telling how long it'll be up for..

Catching up on the past few episodes

that Hawk and Dove episode was great

probably the best episode so far even though it had nothing to do with the main storyline

about to watch episode 10 now

Didn't do much for the plot. Felt more like a midseason finale. Post credit scene is good money tho.

Yup this is how I feel. It felt like a mid season finale rather than an actual finale since it wrapped nothing up.

But then they had that post scene

THAT was the highlight of the episode.

As an episode itself, it’s fine. But taken as part of the whole that’s a very lackluster way to end the season. Way more questions than answers and didn’t wrap a damn thing up. Like there was nothing that got solved

I am curious since this season is left on a cliffhanger basically, is DOOM PATROL going to be integrated into the bigger picture of what's going on considering it is a direct spin-off to this show? I mean, Doom Patrol comes out in February and if Trigon supposedly going to gobble up the planet, do you think their season going to be inadvertently what they're going through because of the things Trigon is doing?
