I don't want it to be a carbon copy of the DCEU
But I want it to be more cohesive and I do want to see it be a more connected universe
I do like that they're taking more risks and doing shyt Marvel wouldn't do

I am really interested in seeing how Waller exists in a universe with Batman and Superman
They are sort of doing that with the HBO Max shows like Peacemaker and Batgirl which are supposed to be set in the same universe as the movies they are spun off from.

Right...until PeaceMaker
So I'm saying stop doing shows unless they're directly connected to the movies
And use the shows to flesh out the dceu

What fukked up dc was trying to copy marvel

Let them do there own thing.

They can do their own thing and still have a connected universe

That was always the intention in fact

And CW shows suck

Naw that connected only works with someone overseeing it. Since they dont have that let them just create stories not connected. At least they have the balls to do r rated superman unlike marvel Disney.

:unimpressed:

What hasn't been working? Aside from Birds of Prey underperforming and WW84 being a mess, everything else they've put out has been successful.
Nope. The DCEU is literally defunct or at least being soft rebooted. Also, most DC live-action films since Superman III (1983) have been critical and/or commercial failures outside of the Burton & Nolan directed Batman films.

Only Wonder Woman (2017), Aquaman, Shazam, Joker have been successes both critically and commercially (outside of the Batman films).

How the hell you going all the way back to Superman 3? That would be like including the Corman Fantastic Four and the Captain America movie where Cap wore a motorcycle helmet as a mask when talking about Marvel movies.

Even within the past 10 years, it's the same thing.

Also, most casual moviegoers would 9/10 times prefer to see a Marvel movie over a DC movie. That's a major L and there's no spinning that. DC's live action films (for the most part) have been failures, it's not even an opinion at this point.
