Ive been stopped by cops over there there and they kept fukking with us til my cousin slipped them some pesos (wasn't even that much, prolly like 5 bucks) and they just immediately bounced.
Its like an unwritten rule everyone knows over there

They caught one of the suspects and almost beat him to death. The only reason he's alive is because ppl told the ppl who were kicking his head in to stop beating him so he can talk
cops dont want much...they just deal w/ it.
I never been to DR...but other countries...and its the same ball game.
You get pulled over...and you know what time it is.
