And even now a lot of the BIG Sony releases are just times 3rd party games.

Like you think just throwing a bunch of smaller 10-30 dollar games in gamepass makes up for xbox literally not having anything significant prepared for their next gen console for 2 years now.

They'll do it, but they not about to port, then pay for it to be on gamepass or some kinda of licensing fee for major bread, and square is not a about to sour there standing with Sony.


Outside of that most Major 3rd party games get released on Xbox.

The funny thing is y'all just like to hype up what's exclusively released on PlayStation instead of what's exclusively released on Xbox or on gamepass.


If returnal was a Xbox exclusive it wouldn't have gotten half the hype. Devs and publishers see this and move accordingly.


This is not something that's going to change quickly, and MS knows this.

Xbox doesn’t get the ‘heavy hitters’ (which btw still don’t sell as well as sonys actual 1st party games) is because no one wanted to tie their major game franchises down to a dead hardware last gen when most of those deals were made. Maybe if your boy Phil didn’t completely drop the support for the Xone this wouldn’t have been happening.

You have to ask yourself, what is going to be driving people to the store during the holiday season to pick up this console?

I keep going back to when the Switch was unveiled and their list of games that were released for the year and upcoming.

Zelda has been named one of the ten best games of all time. Where are the experiences happening on Xbox? Gamepass is dope but new products and experiences are what people are clamoring for.


Once their big 3 of Forza, Gears and Halo release what's left? Your console can't be supported by 3 tentpoles. Nintendo and Sony realized this. Xbox is stuck with their head in the sand.
