A lot of people feel this way. I don’t doubt you though.
Not here, but I see it in other places where use that narrative to discredit him

I get that. Do the ones that haven’t bang their chest online about being a Seal? I respect him qualifying and meeting the requirements to the fullest
Most do, their super power is their arrogance.
They are all over the place, Goggins just had a marketing plan in place
What percentage of the US population do you think can make it through hell week? I mean if they started right now ?Oh, and not every SEAL looks like a stereotypical SEAL. Some stand out but some blend in… a lot are shorter than what you think too. Probably average height/size
I was in a base-wide weightlifting/fitness competition in San Diego and there were SEALs in it. My Devgru buddy won his weight division and I loss mines to a SEAL… by one rep
I smoked Devgru buddy though and I hardly took a rest break in between so

From my experience, they didn’t BRAG about it. They honestly rarely even talked about it unless they asked but they’ll let you know and if you’re really good at reading people you can tell.
Arrogant… I wouldn’t call it that.. maybe the young dudes. Proud-ish maybe, but all seemed humble/normal imo. Like, a regular dude outside working on his truck or some shyt… They actually didn’t talk much from what I remember.
My instructor was an a$$hole but a good dude. He would throw shyt at me whenever I fell asleep in his class
Edit: Goggins has a way different and crazier experience than I did though. So if he’s talking about “good ol boy” shyt then I believe him, it’s all over the military

I understand it...sounds like he REALLY bought into it..while others In HIS unit took they foot off the gas pedal a little. They graduated BUDS and they felt they shouldn't be doing log pt and certain shyt.

I can't see how any seal in the past 20 years hasn't deployed at least once. OP Tempo for specwar has been high. .If he wanted to be a real bad ass he would of became a fire controlman and put warheads on foreheadsI mean did he not pass BUDS and isn't he allowed to wear that Special warfare Pin?
